Had the chicken sandwich to go. Epic. Great. Comes with pesto. They have a special name for this sandwich that slips my seasoned citizen mind. Very filling. It's worth the trip and just off the freeway. If you've lived here long enough, the Palm Deli was known as Piggy's Market.
I cannot recommend Palm Deli enough, especially now that they're open until 6pm. I tried their Quesabirria tacos yesterday and they were some of the best tacos I've had for some time. Their paninis and coffee drinks are also very satisfying for a mid-day meal. They have such a variety of snacks, beverages, cookies, even tamales and cannolis! I have so much love for this place and it needs more word of mouth, so here I am! I am excited to return more often now that they are open later :)
I gotta show some love to one of my longtime favs. My go-to is always the Muffaletta and damn is it the best! But today when I went in after not having gone for quite a long time I was crushed when I was informed that the olive tapenade was all gone. I made a snap decision to get the Pastrami with some direction from the cashier! What a sweet dude. I'm sure glad I did get it because it was delicious! It makes me happy that I was still satisfied with my visit despite not being able to get my normal favorite sando! I hope this place never changes
Decided to try this place out for the first time after a hike. Definitely do not regret that decision! The deli is located inside of a market. They have a lot of sandwich options, as well as other food. You can also make your own sandwich. I tried their Palm BLT and added turkey and provolone cheese to it. It was delicious! We also tried their Italian job which was also amazing! We got two half sandwiches for I believe $6.99 each. Such a good deal. There is seating both, indoors and outdoors, which is perfect! There is a good amount of parking as well. So many delicious options, can't wait to go back!
Stopped here for lunch on a Monday. Their menu is huge with lots of great looking sandwiches. The Tiger salad is delicious and fresh. Add the chicken. It's like 2-3 meals in one!
The breakfast burritos are what you want to get here. $10 in Apr '23 gets you a good size burrito and even includes avocado. Sandwiches are decent here but the value is less. You can choose off the menu or make your own burrito or sandwich. There is seating inside and out. It also has a small selection of wines and beer with some snacks as well. They also have a ready made section too. What's nice is it seems they incorporate local produce as well. The eggs are from Glaum which is great.
